Heavy Equipment Rental

Our expertise is in managing large heavy equipment rental projects for federal agencies and federal prime contractors.

Our rental team is experienced in fulfilling the unique needs of the federal rental client in the areas of logistics, project management, equipment specifications, service and equipment safety requirements that are often more complex than commercial safety standards.

  • Equipment Rental — We hold national rental distributor agreements with some of the nation’s largest equipment companies like Caterpillar and United Rentals. These key partnerships provide us the breadth of inventory, geographic reach and pre-negotiated top-tier acquisition costs necessary to successfully service our federal clients on a national scale.

  • Logistics — Our team will handle all equipment logistics ensuring that your equipment will arrive on time. We can manage heavy hauler freight for specialty equipment that may not be available locally.  Furthermore, we are experienced at managing, large equipment installations and security documentation and clearance requirements for projects at secure federal locations.

  • Equipment Service — We can manage maintenance and service needs for client-owned equipment through our national network of contracted service providers.

  • Sourcing of Specialty Equipment — We regularly source non-standard, hard to find heavy equipment for our clients. Some examples would be marsh excavation equipment, hydro-vac excavation trucks and specialty boom lifts.

  • Project Management — We are experienced at managing highly complex rental projects that require skilled project management. For example, in the spring of 2020, we completed a project for the Army Corps of Engineers in Jacksonville, FL that included barging heavy machinery up the St. John’s River and offloading it on a remote island for one of their projects. We are experienced at managing military base rental equipment installations that require detailed submittal of installation personnel security documents, lift plans, equipment specifications and quality assurance plans.
